Ceme is played with a standard 52-card deck. Each player receives two cards face-down. The dealer also receives two cards. Players compare their hand total (modulo 10) against the dealer's hand. The highest hand wins the round. Card values are: Ace = 1, 2–9 = face value, 10 and face cards = 0. A hand totaling 17 (7 + 10) counts as 7; a hand totaling 21 (Ace + King) counts as 1.
On skyidn99, the strongest hand is a "natural" (two cards totaling 9 or 8 on the first deal). A natural 9 beats all other hands except another natural 9 (which ties). A natural 8 beats all hands except natural 9 or another natural 8. Regular hands are ranked by their total value: 9 beats 8, 8 beats 7, and so on.
